After Spider-Man's official debut in Captain America: Civil War, I'm confident with what Marvel Studios will do with their flag bearer under their roof and back home where he belongs. This premiere trailer just reeks of awesomeness from start to finish with so much to take in.
The opening crime bust that screams of one of the old Steve Ditko era Spider-Man books where they open with Spidey dispatching petty criminals while firing off wise cracks really made smile. It's great to see that they are keeping in the charm that Andrew Garfield brought to the table in the Amazing Spider-Man films here.
Everyone will be pleased with more of the Tony Stark and Peter Parker bromance here as it seems like Stark is taking the webswinger under his wing in a sense a mentor while he struggles with his everyday life as a teenager in high school, coupled with his aspirations to be taken seriously as a crimefighter alongside the rest of the Avengers.
The Vulture looks fucking awesome here and I'm glad that they gave him a more "realistic" take on his tech, instead of trying to make him look a like a bird as he does in the comics. I'm not sure, but I think I spotted Shocker in the trailer as well. If so, that more than justifies Stark suiting up to help Spidey with a classic Marvel team-up.
